ÂIf Pepsi is banned in India, I would go to the US and drink it, says the much-in-news-superstar Shahrukh Khan. He was answering questions to the media personnel at a press conference as a Watch CompanyÂs brand ambassador.  My intention is not to defend the brand I endorse. But I would like to ask the agency (which tested the soft drink for pesticides) whether they have analysed the how safe is the water we drink or if motherÂs milk also contains harmful chemicals?Â
According to Badshah Khan, neither the people who are pulling down hoardings nor the faces on those hoardings have a right to sit in judgement over what is safe is and what is not. ÂThe final call will have to be taken by the central agencies, he said. The actor admitted that he still drinks Pepsi despite the controversy and knows many others who do so.
